Today duty will be on OHE INSPECTION VAN FROM MANAMADURAI TO RAMESWARAM section 

....((There is some complaint that due to a strong wind a coconut tree has fell & damaged OHE wires,)).... So you will be inspecting in some stations also we have halt in some stations as well

The Brindavan Express departed from MAS (Chennai Central) at 7:45 AM as scheduled. While cruising at speeds close to 130 km/h, the Loco Pilot noticed abnormal issues in the locomotive. After reaching AJJ (Arakkonam Junction), the crew inspected the loco and discovered that one of the pantographs was damaged. Due to the pantograph failure, the locomotive was unable to draw power from the overhead equipment and could not proceed further, resulting in a complete loco failure.
